It isn’t uncommon practice for companies small and large to take advantage of social media platforms in the form of delegated campaigns, much less organic than a movement but closely resembling such. What isn’t as common? Trading meals for insta-success, but somebody’s got to do it.

A new design between Grey London and spice brand Schwartz led to a development of a colorful and unique print poster. Unlike most print posters, however, this piece of art was created to deliver some serious bang to your senses. Get ready to experience this "sonic poster," bringing sight, sound, and touch to this flavor-full design.

"Feel Flavor" contains 16 different branches of colors extruding from the base of the piece. Each section represents a different spice or herb from fennel to cumin. The different colors are printed onto touch-sensitive ink, turning the colorful design into a medium of musical chords. When synched via bluetooth with a smart phone, a simple touch to the color components will emit sound from the phone, turning the art into an interactive symphony to any of its viewers.

With the recent addition of video to the mix of social media regularities, it is no surprise that users are still in the process of figuring out exactly how to get their strategies and compilations to hit that sweet spot. Britt-Britt has been interning here for 10 days. So far, I know that she likes obscure but awesome music that I’ve never heard of, doesn’t know ANY cheesecake flavors, and would rather use a mouse than a trackpad (what is that about?!?). We are definitely going to break her of two of those, but in the meantime she will contribute her profound writing skills to the Whipp team in hopes of educating people everywhere on the How To’s of the world. Britt-Britt is a junior at USC Upstate so if you randomly walk past a blonde girl on campus, feel free to yell out “BRITT BRITT,” and if she turns, say hey to her! We hope to make her feel warm and welcome in the great downtown of Sparkle City while she is with us, and will be sure to teach her the ins and outs of agency life in the Pacific NorthWest (seriously, will it ever stop raining?). Britt-Britt spends her time away from the Whipp office at the USC Upstate newspaper, The Carolinian, and in her English major classes, insisting that we, over here at Whipp, are not, in fact, the (only) cool kids of Spartanburg. In order to learn more about Britt-Britt the Intern, we sang a classic rendition of Billy Joel’s “Allentown” together, hiked around Pisgah in matching banana suits, and then I had her answer these super intimate questions.

After a rather anti-climactic and mostly internet-blogger busted press conference by Apple CEO Tim Cook and Senior VP of software engineering, Craig Federighi, the new iPhoneS (yes, multiple) are getting mixed reviews from customers and competitors alike. Here’s what you need to know about both.
